• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to education administration and childcare licensing.

Experience

• Proven experience in school administrative director roles or equivalent leadership positions within educational settings.
• Extensive background in higher education administration or early childhood education center management.
• Demonstrated success in program development, curriculum planning, and implementing innovative teaching strategies.
• Strong personnel management skills with experience supervising staff in educational environments.
• Familiarity with working with students of diverse backgrounds and ages in both higher education and childcare contexts.
• Proficiency in administrative software such as educational management systems and productivity tools like Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional writing skills for preparing reports, proposals, policies, and communication materials.
• Prior experience in university or higher education settings is highly desirable for understanding complex academic frameworks.

Pay: $91,270.20 - $109,916.80 per year
