Role Summary:

The Managing Director will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership, driving business growth, managing senior teams, and ensuring the company achieves its financial and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the company’s business strategy and growth plans.

Lead and manage senior management and operational teams.

Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.

Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Monitor company performance and establish business targets.

Manage relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

Oversee budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation.

Ensure company operations comply with Singapore regulations and policies.

Prepare business reports and provide updates to directors/shareholders.

Build a strong, professional, and high-performing company culture.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.

Significant experience in senior management or executive leadership.

Strong business development and commercial management experience.

Experience managing teams, budgets, and business operations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.

Good understanding of business operations and financial performance.

Ability to build relationships with clients and business partners.

Professional attitude with strong problem-solving skills.

Experience in the Singapore business environment is an advantage.

Pay: $9,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
