Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Managing Director to provide overall leadership and management of the company's business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business performance, developing strategic plans, leading teams, and ensuring the organisation achieves its financial and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's overall business strategy and growth plans.
• Lead and oversee daily business operations and organisational performance.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and long-term business development.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation.
• Lead, motivate, and develop senior management and employees.
• Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor business performance and implement improvements where required.
• Report business performance and strategic initiatives to regional leadership and the Board.
• Represent the company in important business and corporate matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Significant experience in senior management or executive leadership.
• Strong experience in business strategy, operations, and financial management.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage business performance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Good understanding of the Singapore business environment.
• Ability to work with regional and international stakeholders.
