MANAGING DIRECTOR

About the role

An experienced Managing Director to take overall responsibility for the management of hotel and restaurant businesses in Phuket, reporting directly to the owners. The role is responsible for managing the operational and financial performance of the businesses, increasing profitability, reducing costs and inefficiencies, leading management teams, and driving sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Overall management of hotel and restaurant operations
• P&L, budgeting, cash flow, cost and profitability control
• Improving sales, OTA, revenue and F&B performance
• Purchasing, inventory and workforce efficiency
• Establishing KPIs and providing regular management reports
• Improving guest satisfaction and service quality
• Developing new revenue streams and business opportunities
• Identifying and evaluating new hotel and restaurant investments
• Preparing feasibility studies, budgets and investment plans
• Implementing approved decisions and monitoring results

About you

• Hands-on, commercially minded and results-driven leader who takes ownership
• Identifies problems before they escalate, develops solutions and recommendations
• Capable of working independently
• Strong experience in hotel operations
• Strong experience in restaurant/F&B management
• Strong experience in financial and commercial management
• Strong experience in leadership and business development
• Fluent English
• Thailand/Phuket experience is a strong advantage
