Managing Director

We are recruiting for an experienced Managing Director to lead the European operations of an established global electronic components manufacturer.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially focused individual to drive business growth, develop the European market and take full responsibility for sales, operations and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the European sales and growth strategy.
• Drive OEM business development and key account relationships.
• Lead, manage and develop the European sales and operational teams.
• Manage distributor and representative networks across Europe.
• Oversee business operations, financial performance and profitability.
• Work closely with global leadership to identify new market and product opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven senior management or leadership experience within the electronic components industry.
• Strong sales and commercial background, ideally with experience selling to OEMs.
• Experience managing teams, distributors and European markets.
• Strong commercial acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to combine strategic leadership with hands-on business development.
