Reporting to the Board, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, improving profitability, enhancing systems and processes, and building a scalable platform for future growth.

Candidate Profile

• Previous Managing Director, Operations Director or senior leadership experience within logistics, transport, warehousing, distribution or supply chain.
• A strong understanding of Transport management both from an operational and commercial perspective
• Experience of contractual negotiations with customers and strong commercial understanding
• Proven track record of delivering operational and financial improvement.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• A leadership style that communicates with honesty, integrity and transparency.
• Experience leading multi-site operations and large teams.
• Strategic, data-driven and results-oriented leadership style.
