Managing Director (Real Estate Developer)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee overall business performance across multiple projects, ensuring operational efficiency, sales performance, and profitability.
• Lead cross-functional teams covering Project Management, Sales, and Marketing, with a combined team of approximately 40–50 employees.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including feasibility studies, pre-construction planning, construction progress monitoring, unit sales, ownership transfers, and post-construction operations.
• Oversee project P&L, budgets, revenue, costs, and financial performance to achieve business targets.
• Drive sales and marketing strategies across multiple projects, monitoring sales performance and inventory across all units.
• Ensure construction quality, project delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee site inspections and coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and relevant stakeholders to ensure project progress and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven senior management experience in property development, preferably across both condominium and housing projects.
• Strong understanding of the full property development lifecycle, from feasibility and construction to sales and ownership transfer.
• Experience managing multiple projects and leading cross-functional teams across Project Management, Sales, and Marketing.
• Able to visit construction sites and oversee project operations on-site.
• Strong leadership, commercial judgment, and stakeholder management skills.
