崗位職責 / Responsibilities

• 戰略與經營落地：承接集團戰略目標，制定並執行業務發展路線圖，統籌四大業務板塊協同推進，建立常態化產融協同機制。
  Strategy & Operations: Translate the Group’s strategic goals into business roadmaps, coordinate the four business lines, and build ongoing industry-finance synergy.
• 資金募集與融資規劃：主導為母公司募集債性資金，開拓並維護境內外機構投資者及生態圈資源，控制綜合融資成本。
  Fundraising & Financing: Lead debt fundraising for the parent company, develop and maintain institutional investor and ecosystem networks, and manage overall financing costs.
• 投資與資本服務：統籌項目中介（FA）、基金管理（GP）及自有資金直投業務，推動項目落地與價值創造。
  Investment & Capital Services: Oversee financial advisory (FA), fund management (GP) and proprietary direct investment, driving deal execution and value creation.
• 牌照申請：統籌4/9號牌照申請/獲取，確保公司持牌運營。
  Licensing & Compliance: Lead the Type 4/9 licence application/ acquisition to ensure licensed operations.
• 合規風控：作為公司持牌法團RO，全面負責所有業務的合規性與風險控制，確保嚴格遵守香港監管規定。
  Compliance & Risk Control: As the RO of the licensed corporation, take full responsibility for compliance and risk control across all businesses, ensuring strict adherence to Hong Kong regulatory requirements.
• 團隊與資源整合：組建核心業務團隊，整合大灣區及全球資本市場資源，構建中介機構、產業夥伴及投資者網絡。
  Team & Resources: Build the core team and integrate Greater Bay Area and global capital market resources, including intermediaries, industry partners and investors.

任職要求 / Requirements

1. 學歷：本科及以上學歷，金融、經濟、會計、法律、MBA等相關專業優先。
   Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, economics, accounting, law, MBA or related disciplines.
2. 經驗：8年及以上香港/跨境資本市場工作經驗；具備至少一支產業基金或債性融資的主導募集經驗；有FA、基金管理或直投經驗者優先。
   Experience: 8+ years in Hong Kong/cross-border capital markets; proven lead fundraising experience for at least one industry fund or debt financing; experience in FA, fund management or direct investment preferred.
3. 牌照：持有香港證監會4號牌及9號牌RO負責人資質；無監管處罰記錄，個人徵信良好。
   Licences: SFC Type 4 and Type 9 Responsible Officer qualifications; clean regulatory record and good credit standing.
4. 語言：中文（普通話或粵語）流利，英文書面/口語精通，能獨立撰寫英文招股書及監管文件。
   Languages: Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese); proficient in written and spoken English; able to independently draft English prospectuses and regulatory documents.
5. 監管知識：熟悉SFC 4/9號牌照申請/收購流程、合規架構及持牌運營核心要求。
   Regulatory Knowledge: Familiar with SFC Type 4/9 licence application, compliance framework and ongoing licensed operations.

加分項 / Preferred

• 擁有穩定的境內外機構投資者及高淨值客戶資源，能獨立完成基金募集。
  Stable institutional investor and HNWI networks with the ability to independently complete fundraisings.
• 熟悉五大產業集群中至少2-3個領域，有產業集團背景或產業投資經驗。
  Familiarity with at least 2–3 of the five industrial clusters; background in industrial groups or industry investment.
• 具備從零搭建資管平台或持牌機構的實戰經驗。
  Hands-on experience building an asset management platform or licensed corporation from scratch.
• 具備產業投資全流程能力，有可驗證的投資業績。
  Full-cycle industry investment capabilities with verifiable track record.
• 熟悉內地企業出海融資及跨境投資架構（QFLP/QDLP等）。
  Familiarity with PRC outbound financing and cross-border investment structures (QFLP/QDLP, etc.).
• 具備FA項目撮合、融資顧問、併購居間實操能力，有交易促成記錄。
  Practical FA experience in project matching, financing advisory and M&A intermediation with completed deals.
• 熟悉可轉債、夾層投資等結構化融資工具，了解關聯交易的SFC合規要求。
  Knowledge of convertible bonds, mezzanine financing and SFC-related-party transaction compliance.
