Managing Director/Head - Perm

Job Responsibilities:

• Business development — originate and win new business for COC: third-party management mandates, referral and institutional partnerships, and operator roles on new deals;
• Build and maintain a pipeline of owners, landlords, universities and capital partners.
• Full P&L and NOI accountability across the managed portfolio.
• Deliver each property's asset management plan and leasing targets. Own the operating platform — leasing, operations, projects, systems, SOPs.
• Primary operating interface with investors, JV partners, firm's management, group's management, intra-group departments, third-party landlords and so on.
• Build and lead the team; drive operating efficiency and NOI.

Job Requirement:

• Entrepreneurial, start-up mentality with a proven record of winning mandates or deals, not just running assets.
• Highly capable across all stakeholder groups — investors, owners, intra-group, cross-team. Business-driven with a strong will to push property and NOI, while keeping staff motivated.
• Enjoys the work and the environment. GM / COO / country-head background in student housing, co-living, hotel or serviced apartments with multi-site HK experience preferred.

Cantonese and English essential; Mandarin an advantage.
