This position requires to obtain equity within professional soccer club,3% to 15% ownership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans aligned with organizational goals, market trends, and client needs.
• Lead large-scale organizational change management initiatives to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and support growth objectives.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Oversee the delivery of enterprise solutions implementation, ensuring projects meet scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Drive business development efforts by researching market opportunities, preparing proposals, and presenting tailored consulting solutions.
• Manage cross-functional teams across consulting, operations, and client service units to ensure seamless collaboration and project execution.
• Utilize data analysis skills to inform decision-making, identify process improvements, and measure project impact.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through lean management principles, process mapping, and best practices in management consulting.

Experience

• Proven track record in management consulting or a related professional services environment with experience leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.
• Extensive project management experience in technology-driven projects with a focus on enterprise solutions implementation.
• Strong background in strategic planning, business analysis, process improvement, and data analysis techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams with excellent team leadership skills and a talent for motivating high-performance groups.
• Experience working within consulting firms or professional services organizations that specialize in enterprise transformation or management consulting.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with executives and senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with management frameworks such as lean management, change management methodologies, and process mapping tools.
• Business development expertise including research capabilities and client communication strategies to foster long-term partnerships.
