Managment Trainee

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want hands-on exposure to the travel and tourism business, with opportunities to grow into management positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations across sales, planning, and customer service departments
• Support the planning and execution of holiday packages and travel itineraries
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Learn and apply company processes, tools, and best practices under senior guidance
• Participate in training sessions and take on assigned projects to develop management skills
• Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (freshers welcome)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, internet research)
• Genuine interest in the travel and tourism industry
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
