Role Overview

• Designation: Management Trainee – Real Estate Sales / Operations
• Industry: Real Estate / Property Development / Infrastructure
• Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers to early-career professionals or MBA graduates)
• Location: On-site (with regular client site visits)

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Manage end-to-end pre-sales and direct sales lifecycles.
• Handle incoming prospect leads and analyze client requirements.
• Conduct engaging property tours and coordinate high-value site visits.
• Pitch project USPs and drive deal closures to meet targets.

Channel Partner Management

• Assist in coordinating with channel partners (CPs) and brokers.
• Support relationship-building activities to expand the distribution network.

Operations & Reporting

• Maintain daily/weekly lead allocation and sales CRM data.
• Prepare MIS reports and track conversion performance metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and legal teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or MBA (Sales/Marketing specialization preferred)
• Skills: Exceptional communication, active listening, and negotiation aptitude
• Traits: High energy, ownership mindset, and resilience in fast-paced targets
• Technical: Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM / Salesforce tools

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
