M&A Attorney - Success-Fee Engagements
Growing marina operations group seeking Florida-licensed M&A attorney for deal-by-deal engagements on marina growth in the two to five million range.
What you’ll do:
- Draft and negotiate agreements and LOIs
- Structure financing and repair credits
- Coordinate with lenders
- Advise on entity formation and structuring
What we’re looking for:
- Active Florida bar license
- Experience with small business and financed transactions
- Comfortable working on success-fee basis
- Responsive and deal-oriented
What we offer:
