M&A-IT Senior Consultant/Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute IT strategies, plans, and roadmaps to support business growth and transformation initiatives.
• Lead IT due diligence processes during M&A activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain complex IT systems that meet business requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on IT best practices, governance frameworks, and risk management techniques.

Job Requirements :

• 4-10 years of experience in  M&A IT Strategy/ Due Diligence roles.
• Strong understanding of IT strategy development, implementation, and maintenance.
• Proven track record in leading IT due diligence processes during M&As or similar projects.
