- Strategic Investment & Analysis: Conduct feasibility studies, perform target valuations, and build robust financial models (DCF, scenario analysis) aligned with Group strategy.
- End-to-End Deal Management: Lead transaction structuring, manage due diligence (financial, legal, tax, operational), and draft core documentation, including term sheets, LOIs, and shareholder agreements.
- Stakeholder Negotiation & Governance: Drive negotiations with counterparties and external advisors, present investment proposals to the Board and senior management, and support broader capital allocation goals.
- Post-Transaction Oversight: Track integration progress, monitor post-investment performance, and ensure ongoing alignment with corporate objectives.
