Overview

A leading international law firm is seeking a mid-level M&A Associate to advise clients on complex mergers and acquisitions and strategic corporate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate M&A agreements and related transaction documents
• Conduct due diligence and assess legal and transactional risks
• Support deal structuring, negotiations, and transaction execution
• Collaborate with clients and deal teams on complex domestic and cross-border transactions

Qualifications

• J.D. or equivalent
• Mid-level associate experience in mergers and acquisitions
• Experience drafting and negotiating M&A transaction documents
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Active bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $310,000–$390,000
