Tasks & responsibilities
- Review user-generated content against platform policies and community standards to ensure a safe digital environment.
- Apply guidelines consistently across all moderation cases, maintaining platform integrity.
- Evaluate user-reported flags and resolve disputes regarding content suitability.
- Monitor shifts in global content trends and identifying new patterns of harmful behavior.
- Identify and remove content that violates platform’s policies and community guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proficient in Mandarin and English.
Comfortable with rotational shift (incl. night shift and rotational weekly off)
Hold a Bachelor Degree
