What they need
Customer Service Position ( Mandarin Speaker )
Working days: 5 working days and 2 off days in a week
Shift details : 8 working hours + 1 hour meal break ( 24 hours rotation shift & off day )
24 hours rotational shift basis
Intake Date - Early October 2026
SALARY & BENEFITS
Basic salary - RM4000 Taiwan market ( fixed and not negotiable )
KPI allowance: based on performance (up to RM300)
Night/Midnight shift allowance
Opportunity for Internal Promotion such as Team Leader , SME as project is expanding
Annual leave - 19 days
Medical leave - 14 days
Medical insurance card
EPF, SOCSO, EIS
