What they need
About the role
- Provide customer service support to the Taiwan market, listening to customer concerns and providing solutions. You will receive one month of training to support your success in this role.
- Intake Date - 30 September 2026
- Free Lunch !
- 5 days working per week , 9am-6pm OR 12pm - 9pm
Key responsibilities
- Listen to customer concerns and provide solutions
- Deliver customer service in Traditional Mandarin
About you
- Possess at least SPM/O level/UEC qualification
- Proficient in Traditional Mandarin typing, reading and speaking
- Able to work at office located at Sunway Visio Tower, Cheras
