Mandarin Expeditor Staff

About the role

PT Merdeka Tsingshan Indonesia, a leading manufacturing and logistics company, is seeking a highly skilled Mandarin Expeditor Staff to join our dynamic team in Morowali, Central Sulawesi. This full-time role is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehousing, storage and distribution processes.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and expedite the movement of materials, goods and products through our supply chain, ensuring timely delivery and meeting customer requirements
• Liaise with internal departments, suppliers and customers to provide updates on order status and address any issues or concerns
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, shipments and deliveries
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Provide support and assistance to the wider logistics and operations team as needed

What we're looking for

• Excellent command of Mandarin and English, both written and verbal
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar expeditor or logistics coordinator role, preferably within the manufacturing or distribution industry
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in using logistics management software and tools
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
• A team player with a proactive and customer-focused approach
