Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to clients through phone calls, emails, or chats in Mandarin language.
• Handle international voice process queries from customers with empathy and professionalism.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in a BPO/call center environment, preferably in a customer support role.
• Strong proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding the Mandarin language (
• Ability to work on International Voice Process projects with excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge required; familiarity with CRM software an added advantage.
