What they need
Mandarin Language Support, Masterdata Management is responsible for performing language support tasks including the data creation and update of clients and vendors.
Other tasks include:
- Reviews and sends the regular monitoring of all requests processed, including approved and rejected requests
- Performs regular clean-up of both customers and vendor accounts of markets assigned and oversee other team members performing the same tasks for other non-complex markets
- Acts as the Point of Contact for any operational topics of non-complex markets
Qualifications:
Must-have...
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or other Business-related courses
- Advanced to Native Mandarin language proficiency
- Intermediate knowledge and experience in MS Office
- Basic knowledge in accounting systems (e.g., SAP)
Nice to have…
- Basic knowledge in web-based tools
