About the role
Act as client advocates and work with internal departments to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied. Assist the company in making sales, handling client complaints, collecting and analyzing data and improving overall customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain good communication and camaraderie with existing and potential clients
- Arrange meetings with clients for consulting, proposal drafting and engagement post-sales account management and service
- Build a network community within existing clients to target potential clients and other stakeholders
- Research online for industry news and policies
- Gather related public information
- Attend business events and conferences
- Perform other tasks assigned by OCIC Management
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Business Course
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience with client relations; experience with management consulting firm is an advantage
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English with excellent communication proficiency
- Good command in MS Office applications
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
