MANDARIN SPEAKER OUTLET MANAGER

We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Mandarin-Speaking Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant outlet. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high service standards, leading the team, and achieving operational and business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the restaurant team to achieve operational and service standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally.
• Monitor food quality, service quality, cleanliness, and overall outlet standards.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, discipline, and daily work performance.
• Monitor inventory, stock usage, and operational costs to minimize waste and maintain efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Monitor daily sales and operational performance and provide reports to management.
• Coordinate with the management team to improve outlet performance and achieve business targets.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and productive working environment.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, proactive, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
• Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality operations is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong leadership potential are welcome to apply.
• Willing to work on a 6 days work / 1 day off schedule.
• Willing to undergo training at our Central Park outlet.
