About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities within the real estate and renovation market. You will independently manage the full sales cycle — from client sourcing to deal closure — while delivering professional consultation and customised solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

• Develop new clients through real estate channels and personal networking
• Identify customer needs for renovation and whole-house custom cabinet solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle: proposal, negotiation, closing, and payment follow-up
• Actively achieve and exceed individual sales targets

Client Relationship Management

• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and consultations
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals
• Provide professional consultation based on renovation knowledge and market insights

Project Coordination & After-Sales

• Follow up on order process from confirmation to project completion
• Coordinate with internal teams for installation and delivery
• Handle after-sales matters and ensure customer satisfaction

Market Analysis & Strategy

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Adjust sales strategies proactively to stay competitive
• Contribute ideas to improve conversion rates and overall sales performance

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales (required)
• Prior experience in renovation, interior design, or cabinet sales (highly preferred)
• Familiar with property-related client acquisition methods
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Own transportation required for site visits and client meetings
• Mandarin speaker
