Mandarin Speaker (Warehouse)

• Manage and monitor daily warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound processes.
• Ensure inventory accuracy between physical stock and system records and assist with regular stock opname.
• Monitor the movement of incoming and outgoing goods to ensure compliance with SOPs and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Purchasing, Logistics, Import, and Sales teams regarding operational requirements.
• Facilitate Mandarin–Indonesian communication between management and warehouse teams.
• Translate verbal and written information, instructions, and documents when required.
• Prepare and monitor warehouse operational reports and follow up on issues encountered in daily operations.
• Identify operational problems and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely solutions.
• Ensure the warehouse is organized, safe, clean, and operated according to company standards.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) and able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking management and teams.

• Strong Mandarin communication skills are the main requirement for this position.

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major; Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields are preferred.

• Relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain operations is a plus.

• Experience working in a warehouse/site environment is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

• English proficiency is a plus.

• Willing to work on-site in Jatiuwung, Tangerang.
