Mandarin Speaking Customer Service Representative

We are looking for Mandarin Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are fluent in both Thai and English and are passionate about providing excellent customer support. No prior customer service experience is required—we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
• Respond to customer inquiries in both Thai and English.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Follow company procedures and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
• No customer service experience required; fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends or holidays, if required.
