Job Overview

Our client is hiring Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Representatives for its Travel Account in Yogyakarta. This opportunity is suitable for candidates with strong Mandarin communication skills and good English proficiency who are ready to join immediately.

Candidates with previous experience in customer service or online travel agencies (OTAs) are preferred, but fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers with travel-related inquiries, bookings, reservations, cancellations, and changes.

* Provide accurate information and support regarding travel services and booking issues.

* Respond to customer inquiries through the assigned communication channels.

* Resolve customer complaints professionally and work toward customer satisfaction.

* Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers and use English when required.

* Follow company procedures, service standards, and quality guidelines.

* Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions.

* Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.

Requirements

* Strong Mandarin communication skills.

* English proficiency at B2 level or above.

* Must be available to join immediately and commence work on October 18, 2026.

* Minimum education equivalent to S1 (Bachelor's degree).

* Previous customer service or Online Travel Agency (OTA) experience is preferred, but not mandatory.

* Freshers are welcome if they have the required language skills and are eager to learn.

* Must be willing to work at the client's office at Lippo Plaza, Yogyakarta.

* Must be able to complete the required voice assessment (SVAR).

Salary and Benefits

* Basic Salary: IDR 7,000,000 per month.
