MANDARIN SPEAKING - MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

About the role

Management Trainee responsible for supporting smooth operational execution of field projects in Kalimantan Barat. The role involves ensuring project work and operations run smoothly, serving as a communication bridge between Mandarin-speaking teams and local Indonesian teams, and coordinating work activities.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure execution of work and operations at project locations run smoothly
• Act as communication liaison between Mandarin-speaking teams and local Indonesian teams
• Assist in coordinating work and ensure instructions from supervisors are communicated and executed properly
• Monitor progress of field work and help resolve operational obstacles according to supervisor direction
• Assist with translation and communication in Mandarin and Indonesian as required
• Execute other tasks and responsibilities assigned by supervisor

Kualifikasi

1. Minimal lulusan S1.
2. Wajib fasih berbahasa Mandarin, meliputi kemampuan mendengar, berbicara, membaca, dan menulis.
3. Minimal HSK 5.
4. Bertanggung jawab, rajin, disiplin, jujur, dan memiliki inisiatif kerja yang baik. Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dan bekerja sama dengan tim.
5. Bersedia ditempatkan dan bekerja secara langsung (on-site) di proyek Kalimantan Barat.
6. Bersedia mengikuti arahan atasan serta bekerja dalam lingkungan proyek.
