Mandarin-Speaking Marketing Executive

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.
• Skilled in content creation, video shooting, editing, and posting.
• Creative, proactive, and able to develop engaging and innovative content ideas.
• Good understanding of the Chinese market, consumer behaviour, and current social media trends.
• Familiar with Xiaohongshu (REDnote), Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Able to plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• F&B industry experience is an added advantage.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and support marketing activities as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media and digital marketing strategies.
• Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms.
• Shoot, edit, and publish photos and short-form videos.
• Manage and grow the company's presence on Xiaohongshu (REDnote), Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Monitor current trends and identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and content calendars.
• Collaborate with the operations and management teams to promote F&B products, outlets, and events.
• Track campaign performance and provide regular marketing reports and insights.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
