Mandarin Speaking Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily spa operations to ensure seamless workflow and exceptional service delivery.

Lead, mentor, and motivate frontline staff to maintain high hospitality standards.

Bridge communication gaps between international guests, management, and staff with fluent Mandarin and English skills.

Address guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with utmost professionalism and tact.

Handle scheduling, quality assurance, and operational troubleshooting as needed.

Qualifications:

Experience: Prior background in a hotel, resort, or luxury spa environment (preferably in a supervisory or leadership capacity).

Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Mandarin and English (strong verbal and written communication skills are essential).

Customer Focus: Deep commitment to guest satisfaction with a hospitality-first mindset.

Core Competencies: Proven leadership ability, sharp problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal communication.

Work Schedule & Location:

Shift Details: Shifting schedule (ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays is required).
