MANDARIN TRANSLATOR

About the role

This is a Translator Mandarin position responsible for facilitating communication between Mandarin-speaking management, employees, and relevant departments, as well as translating documents and information accurately.

Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 08.00 AM – 05.00 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Translate verbal communication between Mandarin and Indonesian accurately.

• Translate documents, emails, reports, and other company materials from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa.

• Assist Mandarin-speaking management in communicating with Indonesian employees and relevant departments.

• Accompany and assist management during meetings, discussions, and daily activities when required.

• Ensure information is communicated clearly and accurately between Mandarin-speaking and Indonesian-speaking parties.

• Assist with interpreting instructions, company policies, and work-related information.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to support smooth communication and daily operations.

• Maintain confidentiality of company information and documents.

• Perform other translation and interpretation tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree (D3/S1) in any field.

• Fluent in Mandarin and Indonesian, both spoken and written.

• Able to translate and interpret Mandarin - Indonesian accurately.

• Good Mandarin communication and listening skills.

• Able to read and understand Mandarin documents and written information.

• HSK certification is a plus.

• Previous experience as a Mandarin Translator/Interpreter is an advantage.

• Fresh graduates with good Mandarin skills are welcome to apply.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced working environment.

• Willing to learn and adapt to company procedures.

• Willing to work Monday to Saturday, 08.00 AM – 05.00 PM.

• Willing to be placed in Cikarang Pusat, Kabupaten Bekasi.
