Mandarin Translator

About the role

Translate oral and written communication from Mandarin Chinese to Indonesian and vice versa. Support meetings, discussions, and company operational activities requiring translation. Translate documents, emails, reports, and other work materials. Facilitate communication and coordination between Mandarin-speaking employees and local employees. Ensure translation results are accurate, clear, and contextually appropriate. Perform other translation-related tasks as directed by supervisor.

Key responsibilities

• Translate oral and written communication from Mandarin Chinese to Indonesian and vice versa
• Accompany meetings, discussions, and company operational activities requiring translation
• Translate documents, emails, reports, and other work materials
• Facilitate communication and coordination between Mandarin-speaking employees and local employees
• Ensure translation results are accurate, clear, and contextually appropriate
• Perform other translation-related tasks as directed by supervisor

About you

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK/D3/S1 from any field
• Active Mandarin Chinese language ability (oral) and capable of communication in Mandarin Chinese
• Able to translate simple documents from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa
• Good communication skills and meticulous in document verification
• Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and other supporting applications)
• Experience in translation and administration is an added value
• Able to work independently and collaborate with team
