Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year bachelor’s degree
• Proficient in Chinese Mandarin, English and Filipino
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Job Description

• Translate: Provide translation from Chinese to English for employees who want to communicate with the Regional Director.

• Calendar management: Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements

• Communication: Answer phones, screen calls, and direct them to the appropriate person

• Correspondence: Draft and respond to correspondence on behalf of the Regional Director

• Filing: Organize and maintain filing systems and contact databases

• And all other duties and responsibilities which are not limited to these that may be assigned to you by the management.
