SALARY & SCHEDULE

Salary: IDR 7,600,000–12,800,000 gross per month

*Based on teaching experience, Mandarin proficiency, and demonstrated teaching ability.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Help students build the confidence to communicate in Mandarin.
• Ruang Belajar is a learning center in Green Lake City, Tangerang. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Mandarin Teacher who can create engaging lessons and deliver meaningful progress for children and teenagers.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver engaging Mandarin lessons for individuals and small groups.
• Develop students’ speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills, with strong attention to pronunciation, tones, and practical communication.
• Prepare structured lesson plans tailored to students’ levels, learning goals, and school curricula where relevant.
• Create interactive activities that encourage students to speak confidently and participate actively.
• Assess students’ progress and provide clear, constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Support HSK preparation where appropriate.
• Maintain a positive, well-managed classroom.
• Contribute ideas and teaching materials to strengthen our Mandarin program.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Strong spoken and written Mandarin, with HSK 5 or above, or equivalent proficiency demonstrated during selection.
• At least 2 years of relevant Mandarin teaching experience, preferably with children or teenagers.
• A degree in Chinese Language, Education, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong lesson planning and classroom management skills.
• A patient, engaging teaching style and the ability to adapt to different learning needs.
• Professionalism, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility for students’ progress.
• Availability to work on-site in Green Lake City, Tangerang, according to the schedule above.

Teaching certifications, HSK preparation experience, and experience studying or teaching in a Mandarin-speaking environment are welcome advantages.
