M&E BIM Modeler

Our Client:

• Up to $5,000 per month, Completion Bonus
• 1 year contract (renewable)
• Monday- Friday: 9am - 6pm
• Kaki Bukit
• Engineering Industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize BIM software and tools to generate detailed design documentation and modeling for mobility/equipment systems.
• Execute multi-disciplinary spatial coordination and conduct clash detection analysis to resolve model inconsistencies.
• Adhere strictly to the established BIM Execution Plan (BEP), project workflows, and standard modeling guidelines.
• Monitor model revisions, update structural/architectural drawings, and report design variations to the BIM coordinator.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional engineering teams to integrate design changes and overcome technical challenges.
• Build and maintain a standardized BIM content/family library to support Project, Sales, and Sales Engineering functions.
• Support the BIM Coordinator in executing assigned project deliverables and drafting schedules.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Mechanical or any related field
• 3 years of experience in BIM Modelling for M&E expertise
• Strong knowledge of Revit, AutoCad, Naviswork.
