What they need
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in M&E.
- M & E Cert preferred
- Min 2-4 years of relevant site experience in Residential and commercial project.
Responsibilities:
- In charge of all M&E matters e.g. sanitary and plumbing, ACMV, electrical, security and lift
- Liaise with both nominated and domestic contractors and consultants on mechanical and electrical work and produce progress report
- Site inspections to ensure M&E works are in accordance to requirements
- Coordinate all M & E works, including monitoring of work progress
- Read and review M&E drawings
- Able to produce co-ordination drawings would be an advantage
