What they need
About the role
In charge of all M&E matters including sanitary and plumbing, ACMV, electrical, security and fire protection works in Singapore projects.
Key responsibilities
- Liaise with both nominated and domestic contractors and consultants on mechanical and electrical work and produce progress reports
- Conduct site inspections to ensure M&E works are in accordance to requirements
- Coordinate all M&E works, including monitoring of work progress
- Read and review M&E drawings
- Produce coordination drawings
About you
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- M&E Cert preferred
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant site experience in Residential and commercial projects
- Able to produce coordination drawings would be an advantage
