M&E Coordinator

Working day:
5.5 days

Responsibilities

Attend technical meetings with consultants and internal teams.

Review M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with consultants, C&S/Architectural teams, and subcontractors to resolve technical and site issues.

Ensure M&E works comply with codes, standards, and authority requirements.

Prepare shop drawings, CSD/CPD drawings, OMM, as-built drawings, and other submission documents.

Report M&E technical or site issues to the Project Director/Project Manager.

Monitor and control the overall progress of M&E works on site.

Handle PBU and authority submissions/applications, including water and power turn-on.

Support RI/TOP processes.

Experience in A&A or hotel projects is preferred.

Requirements

Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Hospital construction experience is required.

Able to work independently with strong leadership skills.
