M&E Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

Understand and comply with main contract and subcontract requirements.

Review and coordinate M&E design drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications, relevant standards, and guidelines.

Prepare combined services drawings and liaise with consultants, clients, and relevant stakeholders.

Coordinate and monitor M&E subcontractors' work progress, including the submission and approval of drawings, materials, samples, and method statements.

Coordinate and supervise M&E works with clients' representatives, consultants, and subcontractors on technical and site-related matters.

Ensure all M&E works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.

Monitor project progress to ensure M&E works are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with applicable codes of practice and safety regulations.

Attend site meetings and coordination meetings as required.

Identify and resolve technical issues arising during project execution.

Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. A Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination recognized by relevant local authorities will be an added advantage.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as an M&E Coordinator in Singapore's construction industry, preferably with Facility Management experience.

Good knowledge of Singapore construction standards, statutory requirements, and M&E regulations.

Ability to read and interpret M&E drawings and technical specifications.

Good coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently, take initiative, and maintain a positive working attitude.

Responsible, organized, and able to meet project deadlines.
