Coordinate and supervise M&E works on site to ensure smooth project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise M&E works on site to ensure smooth project execution
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on M&E matters
• Review and coordinate M&E drawings, specifications, and technical submissions
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of M&E works
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover activities
• Any other M&E related duties as assigned

About you

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in construction sites (landed residential projects preferred)
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Well-versed in AutoCAD
• Knowledge of local construction standards, regulations, and safety requirements
