M&E Coordinator (Healthcare) | Up till $6,000 basic

• Up till $6,000 basic + Handphone Allowance (To be discussed in the interview) + Variable Bonus + AWS (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
• Work Location: Various job location (To be discussed in the interview)
• Work time: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm

Responsibilities:

• Monitor project progress and report to Project Manager
• Prepare method statements and review drawing discrepancies
• Manage MEP planning, design, cost control, supervision and documentation
• Coordinate RFA, RFI, shop drawings, technical submissions and material procurement
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors on technical matters
• Monitor site progress, installation quality and project schedules
• Coordinate MEP works with other departments and contractors
• Assist with progress claims and variation work submissions
• Participate in project, site, design and technical meetings
• Coordinate M&E drawings, CSD and individual service drawings
• Maintain site inspection, QA/QC and testing & commissioning records
• Conduct QA/QC inspections and ensure timely clearance of inspection requirements

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, recognized by PE Board Singapore.

• Minimum 5 years’ work experience related projects in Singapore building and construction industry with preferred in Healthcare Industry

• Electrical/Mechanical Engineering experience in HDB projects or high-rise developments.

• Possess strong Electrical/Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experiences.

• Experience in design and build is an advantage

• Use of AutoCad would be an advantage

• Experienced in Healthcare Projects
