M&E Coordinator | Cantonese Speaker Only

Key Responsibilities

• To coordinate building M&E works with architectural & structural items to avoid clashes.
• To coordinate and convey to design team of site requirements
• To monitor site progress and ensure M&E design works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, site team and local design team regarding M&E matters.
• Attend site meetings, technical coordination meetings, and inspections.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions, method statements, and technical documents.
• Manage and integrate technical building systems, including electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems.
• Ensure all M&E works comply with authority requirements, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve technical and site coordination issues.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, MEP or related field.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in construction industry.
• Knowledge in M&E systems, services coordination, and construction process.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project documentation.
• Familiar with BIM coordination is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate different parties and resolve issues effectively.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese is MUST HAVE to support and service our clients in Hong Kong.
