M&E Coordinator (Public School Construction) Bintulu

Position: M&E Coordinator

Location: Bintulu

a) Technical Coordination and Drawing Review

· Analyse shop drawings and technical requirements

· Review material submission from subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications

· Resolve clashes between M&E services, architectural and structutral elements

b) Site Supervision and Compliance

· Inspect M&E installation on-site activity to ensure good workmanship

· Ensure compliance with design and specifications

· Make sure site installation according to latest approved drawings

c) Coordinate With Other Involved Party

· Liase with architects, engineers, and consultants

· Resolve any M&E issue on site

· Coordinate with C&S contractors on concurrent ongoing site activity

d) Discrepancy Identification

· Identify discrepancies between C&S, architectural, and M&E drawings

· Prepare Request for Information (RFI) documents to resolve the issue

e) Project Progress and Documentation

· Monitor site progress to ensure project is ahead of schedule

· Prepare all record of site manpower, machinery and activities

f) Testing & Handover

· Coordinate testing and commissioning of M&E systems

· Ensuring proper functioning of all M&E components before handover

· Responsible for compiling Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals and as-built drawings

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
