M&E Engineer

Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: $3000 - $4500
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm, Alternate Saturday 8am-5pm
• Working Location: Changi
• Company transport provided at Tanah Merah MRT

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor project activities, schedules and team progress to ensure timely completion.
• Attend project meetings, provide updates and recommend improvements where required.
• Identify project and technical issues and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams on project requirements and deliverables.
• Coordinate site activities and workflow, resolving site-related issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including proposals, meeting minutes, memos, correspondence and records.
• Assist with subcontractor/supplier negotiations, quotations and agreement preparation.
• Monitor project costs and expenses and support cost-control initiatives to keep projects within budget.
• Support project planning and work sequencing to ensure smooth project execution.
• Perform other project coordination and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong technical knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems and trades.
• Good understanding of local codes and regulations relating to M&E services, building construction and workplace safety.
