M&E ENGINEER

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and scheduling of M&E works according to project timelines
• Control the progress of submissions for timely completion (RFA, RFI, Technical Submissions and Equipment Material Status)
• Study construction drawings details and coordinate with consultants and sub-contractors to resolve technical and site issues
• Control site progress and installation quality as per approved Shop Drawings, Technical Submissions and Equipment/Material Schedule for on-time completion
• Participate in all relevant project review meetings, site meetings, design meetings, and other project relevant meetings
• Carry out M&E technical meetings and resolve technical issues with record
• Provide and maintain all site inspection records and T&C records up to date

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, recognized by PE Board Singapore
• Minimum 3 years work experience related to projects in Singapore building and construction industry
• Electrical/Mechanical Engineering experience in HDB projects or high-rise developments will be an advantage
• Strong Electrical/Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experiences
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate with site teams to execute work
