M&E Engineer （Maincon）

Job Scope

• Coordinate and manage M&E works for construction projects from planning through to completion
• Review M&E drawings, specifications and technical requirements
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor site progress and ensure M&E works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project schedules
• Attend site meetings and coordinate M&E-related matters with the project team
• Assist in resolving technical issues and site coordination matters
• Conduct inspections and ensure works comply with relevant standards, regulations and quality requirements
• Prepare and maintain M&E-related documentation, reports and records
• Liaise with relevant parties on testing, commissioning and handover activities

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 1 year of relevant M&E experience, preferably with a main contractor
• Experience in building construction projects will be an advantage
• Familiar with M&E systems, construction drawings and site coordination
• Good understanding of Singapore building regulations, codes and standards
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a project team
• Willing to work on-site and support project requirements
