M&E Engineer / Senior M&E Engineer

• Control site progress and installation quality as per approved Shop Drawings and Technical submissions for on-time completion
• Appraise works and products to ensure compliance to specifications and requirements
• Coordinate M&E drawings and produce CSD and individual service drawings delivery
• Conduct QA/QC inspections
• Provide and maintain all site inspection records and T&C records up to date
• Check, evaluate and confirm work done and material supply quantity status for M&E subcontractor and NSC vendors progress payments
• Instruct progress substantiation document preparation by subcontractors and vendors

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Good technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical trades
• Good knowledge of local codes and regulations pertaining to M&E services, building construction and safety
