Job Description:
- Plan and coordinate M&E works from design through installation and completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.
- Supervise installation of mechanical, electrical, ACMV/HVAC on site
- Monitor project progress, schedule, quality, and costs.
- Attend site meetings and resolve technical/site issues.
- Ensure works comply with safety requirements, codes, and project specifications.
Requirements:
M&E / Building Services / Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background
Project coordination and site supervision
Good understanding of ACMV/HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems
Ability to read M&E drawings
