About the role
An experienced and results-driven M&E Manager (Building Services Manager) to oversee the operation, maintenance, and improvement of building services systems.
Key responsibilities
- Manage building services site coordination among contractors
- Attend site coordination meetings and discuss with consultants and owners
- Chair building services co-ordination meetings
- Check sub-contractors' submissions
- Check on sub-contractor's site work progress and quality
- Provide weekly and monthly building services site progress
- Advise PM on any changes which affect cost and time
- Check and highlight any discrepancies and inconsistencies in the tender specifications and drawings
- Assist Tender Dept on building services scope
- Request tender bids from building services contractors and assess their returns
About you
- Degree holder
- 5 to 10 years' M&E experience in relevant Construction Background
